Privacy Policy

This policy explains how BoostMyAds treats information related to boostmyads.org for visitors and prospective clients in the United States.

Last updated: August 24, 2026

BoostMyAds (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information that may be associated with the website https://boostmyads.org (the “Site”), why that information would be used if a production backend is connected, the choices you have, and how USA state privacy laws may apply. This Site is designed as a static marketing website. Forms run client-side validation in your browser and do not, by themselves, send data to BoostMyAds servers. If you later enable hosting logs, analytics, or a form endpoint, this policy is meant to cover that production use as well.

We do not publish a telephone number or a physical mailing address on the Site. Privacy requests can be submitted through the Contact Us form, the Unsubscribe page, or the other forms on the Site. A representative may respond using the email address you provide.

1. Scope

This policy applies to visitors, newsletter subscribers, and people who inquire about digital marketing services. It does not apply to third-party websites we may mention, to advertising platforms such as Google or Meta, or to tools you authorize during a paid engagement (for example, your own analytics property). Those services have their own policies.

If you are a client, additional confidentiality terms in a services agreement may apply to campaign data inside your ad accounts. This policy does not reduce those contractual duties.

2. Information you choose to provide

When you fill out a form, you may type:

  • Name and company name
  • Email address
  • Website URL
  • Subject line and free-text message
  • Search queries inside the on-site search overlay
  • Subscription or unsubscribe preferences

We intentionally do not request a phone number or a street address on this Site. Please do not include sensitive information in message fields (government IDs, financial account numbers, health diagnoses, or login passwords). If you include them anyway, you do so at your own risk.

Because validation is client-side, a copy of what you type remains in your browser until you leave or reset the page. Success messages are shown locally to confirm that the form was completed correctly. They do not prove that a human has already received the message until a production integration exists.

3. Information collected automatically

Web servers and browsers typically exchange technical data such as IP address, date and time, referring URL, browser type, device type, and pages requested. If the Site is hosted on a static host, that host’s logs are controlled by the host’s terms. We do not use that technical data to sell a list of visitors.

If analytics scripts are added in the future, they may use cookies or similar storage to understand aggregate traffic (for example, which service pages are popular). You can control cookies through your browser. Essential cookies, if any, would only be used to remember a UI preference such as a dismissed banner.

4. How we would use information in production

If form submissions are connected to email or a CRM, we would use them to:

  • Respond to project, partnership, or support inquiries
  • Send the educational newsletter you requested
  • Honor unsubscribe and preference requests
  • Improve the Site’s content and service descriptions
  • Protect the Site against spam and abuse
  • Comply with law if we receive a valid legal demand

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use form contents to train public generative models. We do not use your inquiry to advertise your competitors using your confidential figures.

5. Legal bases and USA state laws

We process inquiry data because you requested a response (contractual steps or legitimate interest in answering a business inquiry) and newsletter data because you opted in. Where a US state privacy law such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended), Virginia CDPA, Colorado CPA, Connecticut CTDPA, Utah UCPA, Texas DPSA, or similar statutes apply, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or opt out of certain sharing. Because we do not sell personal information and do not collect precise geolocation or government IDs on this Site, many “sale/share” opt-outs will have limited practical effect, but you may still send a request.

We do not have actual knowledge that we collect personal information of children under 16 for targeted advertising. The Site is directed at business decision-makers, not children. Do not submit information about a child.

To exercise rights, use the Contact form and state that you are making a privacy request. We may need to verify the email used. Authorized agents may submit requests with proof of authorization. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

6. Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who host the Site, send email, or filter spam, under confidentiality duties
  • Professional advisors if needed for legal or accounting reasons
  • A successor if BoostMyAds is involved in a reorganization, limited to information relevant to that transaction
  • Authorities if required by US law

We do not share your inquiry with unrelated advertisers. Social icons in the footer are links you choose to follow; they are not a transfer of your form data.

7. Retention

Inquiry records, if stored, would be kept long enough to complete the conversation and for a reasonable business archive, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required for disputes or law. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not accidentally email you again. Browser-only demo submissions are not retained by us.

8. Security

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Static hosting reduces our collection footprint. If a backend is added, we would use industry-reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS and restricted access. You are responsible for the security of your own devices and email account.

9. International visitors

The Site is intended for a United States audience. If you visit from another country, you understand that information may be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection rules than your home country.

10. Email, CAN-SPAM, and unsubscribe

Commercial newsletters will identify BoostMyAds, include a working unsubscribe method, and will not use deceptive subjects. You can unsubscribe on the Unsubscribe page or through links in a future email. Transactional replies to a request you initiated (for example, answering a strategy question you sent) may continue even after newsletter opt-out, limited to completing that request.

We will not require you to provide a phone number to unsubscribe. Email is sufficient.

11. Do Not Track and global privacy control

The Site does not currently respond to DNT signals in a specialized way because it does not run a custom tracking stack in this static version. If analytics are added, we will review Global Privacy Control where required by applicable state law and treat it as an opt-out of sale/share to the extent those concepts apply.

12. Job applicants and vendors

If you send a partnership or vendor message, we use it only to evaluate the relationship. We do not use applicant materials for marketing without a separate consent.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this page and change the “Last updated” date. Material changes will be posted here. Continued use of the Site after an update means you have read the new policy.

14. Additional USA marketing disclosures

Digital marketing involves third-party cookies on platforms we manage for clients, not necessarily on this Site. When we run ads for a client, that client’s privacy notice and the platform’s notice apply to ad audiences. We encourage clients to maintain a lawful basis, honor opt-outs, and avoid sensitive targeting categories prohibited by platform or state law.

Statistics, testimonials, and logos on the Site are illustrative of the type of work we do. They should not be read as a transfer of those companies’ customer data to you.

15. Contact for privacy questions

Email us through the Site forms. Do not send us a postal letter because we do not list a mailing address here. We will not ask you for a phone number to complete a privacy request. A representative will contact you at the email you submit.
